About Voltarium

Voltarium exists because electrification is not being approached as a system.
Most organizations treat it as a product shift. They focus on vehicles, chargers, or incentives in isolation. That approach creates gaps. Those gaps show up in failed deployments, underperforming fleets, strained dealer networks, and leadership teams that are reacting instead of leading.
Voltarium was built to solve that.
The company focuses on connecting engineering, operations, and leadership into one clear path forward. Every engagement starts with understanding how the system actually works in the real world. Vehicles, infrastructure, usage patterns, cost, and human behavior all matter. Miss one, and the plan breaks.
Voltarium supports dealer networks entering the EV market, helping them assess readiness, align service operations, and sell with confidence. It works with municipalities to plan fleet transitions, charging infrastructure, and energy strategies that hold under real demand. It supports companies pursuing government contracts by aligning technical capability with execution requirements. It also develops solutions across high voltage systems, battery integration, microgrids, and mobile power platforms for commercial and defense applications.
This is not advisory for the sake of discussion.
The work is grounded in execution. Fleet analysis based on real usage. Market analysis tied to actual demand. Engineering support that connects directly to product performance. Training that prepares teams to act, not just understand.
Voltarium exists to bring clarity to complex systems and to make sure what gets built actually works when it matters.

About the CEO and Founder

Pedro Chavez Jr. built Voltarium from experience earned in environments where failure had real consequences.
He is a product developer and electrical engineer who has spent nearly two decades working across automotive, defense, and electrification programs. His work includes high voltage system development, battery design and battery management systems, charging architecture, and full vehicle electrical integration. He has contributed to early EV platforms, supported defense vehicle engineering, and led teams through complex product challenges.
His background extends beyond engineering.
He has worked in sales, marketing, and dealer operations, giving him a full view of how products move from concept to customer. He has led market analysis, fleet readiness assessments, and dealer support strategies to help organizations transition into electrification without disrupting their core business. He understands both the technical system and the business system that surrounds it.
He is also a veteran.
That experience shaped how he approaches leadership, decision making, and execution under pressure. Plans must hold. Teams must act with clarity. Systems must be built with failure in mind from the start.
Pedro is also an author and speaker focused on leadership, systems thinking, and execution. His work centers on a simple idea. You do not rise to the level of your plan. You fall to the level of your system.
Voltarium reflects that belief.
It is built to help organizations design systems that hold, lead with intent, and execute when conditions change.
